1. Our 10-Year Limited Mattress Warranty

We guarantee your mattress against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a full decade.
•    What’s Covered: Permanent body indentations or "sagging" greater than 1.5 inches, provided the mattress has been supported by a proper foundation.
•    Cotton covers can be replaced eventually if they are worn out after an extended use and can be ordered on from our Comfylatex product list.
•    The Repair/Replace Promise: If a defect occurs within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the mattress at our discretion.

Because our pillows are crafted from organic cotton and natural latex, they are built to keep their shape far longer than standard polyester pillows.
•    Coverage: We cover structural failures of the latex core for 12 months from the date of purchase.

What is Not Covered? 

To keep our prices the lowest in the industry, our warranty is focused on structural integrity, not "change of heart."
•    Normal Softening: A slight change in the "feel" or firmness of the latex over time is normal and not considered a defect.
•    Comfort Preference: "Too soft" or "too firm" is a subjective preference and is handled under our 100-Night Sleep Trial, not the warranty.
•    Abuse or Neglect: Damages resulting from improper foundations, spills, mold (due to high humidity/poor ventilation), or stains will void the warranty.
