Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at comfylatexbeds@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: [ London, ON location] 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

ComfyLatex Return & Refund Policy

At ComfyLatex, our mission is to provide premium sleep surfaces at industry-low prices. Because we cut out the middleman and skip the high markups, we have designed a return policy that is fair to our customers while allowing us to maintain our affordable pricing.

Pillows & Bedding

Due to the premium, organic nature of our materials and strict hygiene regulations, pillows and bedding are non-returnable once the original packaging has been opened. 

  • Unopened Items: If the item is still in its original, sealed factory packaging, it may be returned within 3 days for a full refund (minus shipping costs).
  • Defects: If your pillow arrives with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 2 days for a free replacement.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Please note that any original shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

 

Mattresses

1. The 14-Night Sleep Trial (Mattresses Only)

We want you to love your sleep. However, it takes time for your body to adjust to the supportive nature of 100% natural latex mattress.

  • The 14-Night Rule: We require you to sleep on your mattress for at least 30 nights before initiating a return. This "break-in" period is essential for your muscles to adapt to a new alignment.
  • Eligibility: If you are still unsatisfied between day 31 and day 100, you are eligible for a return. The mattress must be in "donatable" condition (no stains, tears, odors, or smoke damage).

2. Mattress Return Fees & Logistics

Mattresses are heavy and difficult to transport. To keep our retail prices low for everyone, we do not offer "free" return shipping.

  • Return Processing Fee: A flat fee of $99 will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of professional removal and local recycling/donation.
